Our wills and estate law practice includes:

- powers of attorney
- representation agreements
- advance directives
- committeeship applications
A Will allows you to give specific instructions about the management and distribution of your estate after your death.
A Power of Attorney allows you to appoints another person to deal with your business and property if you are temporarily or permanently unable to do so yourself.
A Representation Agreement allows you to appoint someone who may act as your legal representative, if you are unable to act on your own behalf, for either:
- your personal and health care decisions, or
- your “day to day” health, personal care, as well as your financial decisions.
An Advance Directive (much like a Living Will) allows you to state your wishes to health care providers regarding end of life medical treatment.
A Committeeship Application allows you to obtain legal guardianship for a friend or family member who needs assistance managing their affairs.
